Product Introduction
PAN-Based Acrylic Staple - 6.0D x 102mm is a high-performance synthetic fiber engineered for durability, resilience, and bulk. As a true acrylic, it is derived from Polyacrylonitrile (PAN), the base polymer that defines the premium properties of the acrylic fiber category—notably superior wool-like bulk, excellent colorfastness, and outstanding resistance to sunlight and weathering.

The specification 6.0D x 102mm defines its robust physical structure:

6.0 Denier (6.0D): A heavier denier per filament, resulting in a strong, coarse fiber that provides exceptional durability, high bulk, and excellent covering power in heavyweight fabrics and piles.
102mm Staple Length: A long staple length optimized for processing on woolen or worsted spinning systems, as well as non-woven web formation. It ensures excellent fiber cohesion, easy processing, and superior yarn strength.

This combination delivers a fiber with outstanding resilience (spring-back ability), superior thermal insulation, mold and mildew resistance, and a soft, bulky hand feel, making it an ideal and cost-effective solution for heavy-duty textile applications.
