This product is a high-quality Recycled Nylon 6 (Polyamide 6) Staple Fiber, manufactured from post-industrial or post-consumer waste materials. It is fully certified under the Global Recycled Standard (GRS) , ensuring traceability, environmental responsibility, and social compliance throughout the production chain.

The fiber features consistent physical properties comparable to virgin nylon, including:

High Tensile Strength: Provides durability and resilience in end products.
Excellent Abrasion Resistance: Ideal for applications requiring long-lasting performance.
Soft Hand Feel: Processed to ensure comfort in applications involving skin contact.
Thermal Stability: Suitable for various thermal bonding and heat-setting processes.
Customizable Specifications: Available in a range of deniers (e.g., 1.5D to 15D) and cut lengths (e.g., 38mm to 102mm) to suit different nonwoven technologies. Finish options (such as hydrophilic or hydrophobic) are also available.
